He is liable for the everyday operations of the Company GEECL and supervised Company’s efforts in relative to the register of Company’s GDRs with the Alternate Investment Market available in the London Stock Exchange in the year of 2005 and 2006. He has completed a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) from Boston University, USA with “finance” as a major subject. He has also completed executive education courses from the “Harvard Business School,” USA, one with finance and another with launching new ventures. Before joining to the Y.K. Modi Group, Modi worked with ANZ Bank, San Diego, USA.
