Mr. Prashant Modi joined GEECL in 1996 and has been looking after its operations since then. He is a visionary man who has made the company reach heights through his knowledge and dedicated work. He has contributed greatly in the success stories of GEECL. Mr. Prashant Modi has marked presence in the industry with successful projects and development through GEECL.

Mr. Prashant Modi is the leader who has focused commitment in the routine operations of the Company. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Company and supervised the  Company’s efforts in relation to the listing of the Company’s GDRs at the Alternate Investment Market in the London Stock Exchange in 2005 and 2006, and thereafter shifting them to the main board of the London Stock Exchange in May 2010.

Mr. Prashant Modi has received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, USA with a major in finance.  Moreover, he should also be praised for his constant endeavor to shift them to the main board of the London Stock Exchange. He was successful in achieving the same in May 2010.

Mr. Prashant Modi follows a simple ideology in life. He believes, “We live and work in the communities where we operate and take our responsibilities to society seriously.” This attitude has brought about a significant change in the company’s relationship with the employees and business partners. GEECL has gained many gas sales contract and MOUs, becoming a leader in the industry.
